Whats the normal height for 6th graders?!
Question: im 11 yrs old, my height is 4"11 and its summer.im abt to be a 6th grader but im scared that i will be very short. will i be able to grow during this summer to at least 5"1?

its hard to say dude but i was under 5 feet when i was 11 and thoght id never grow but each year i grew a inch or two then when i was 14 i grew alot. im 5'7 now an 16. my mom and dad are like urs but my dad is 5'10 and im sure im gonna be like his height cause all the boys or guys in my family are 5'10. so i bet u do grow a couple inches for summer then u will probably end up bein like ur dad. but all boys grow at different times so be pacient it will happen.
you may grow rapidly very soon. The height of people your age can vary greatly as some have already hit puberty and some havnt be patient you will grow very soon?
are your parents very tall? think of that also

Well, you may be just as tall as your dad, but who knows, you may shoot up in the next year. I'm also 11, and I'm 5"3.
You could be like 5'3, which is NOT short! Don't worry about it though everyone grows differently. When i was in 6th grade i was 5'2 and i felt really tall compared to everyone because most of the girls i knew at school were under 5'0. Then everyone started to grow and i grew about an inch so now im the same as they are. It could be opposite for you! I have a friend who was like 4'7 in 6th grade and now shes almost 5'5! I'm 16
