The black scabs, I dont know what that could be. You should ask a doctor. However, the long line is probably just a scar, and I'm sure you will be fine, andyou will have a normal sex life.

About the size of salt grains? I think those are crabs. I used to think that they were white, but in Marilyn Manson's biography he said that he had the same thing happen to him, and described them as being black dots. See a doctor or go to a pharmacy- you HAVE to use a special shampoo, or this **** will get bad, man. It spreads like wildfire. As for the scar, though, it isn't anything to worry about. You could probably come up with a decent pickup line or two about it when you get older.
