If this happens in public, just make yourself comfortable and leave it alone, it will go away after a while (when your body decides "exercise time" is over).

You might want to try doing this with your door locked alone and have a box of tissues nearby to clean up. Yeah don't do it at school you could have an embarrasing wet mark on your pants if you continue. You are starting to find the joys of your maleness.
