Aside from eating right and exercising, what are some other ways to burn fat/cal!


Question: I know your height, I know your weight and I know your age.
What is wrong with you? You do not need to lose weight.
Every one needs some fat in their bodies. You need this to survive.
If you think that you are eating too many calories, eat less high calorie food, it is the only way.
Your body may look out of proportion for another couple of years yet, because it is still growing.
If you think that you look a bit fat it may be that you sit at the computer too much and that your deportment is not correct.
From the information that you have told me before, THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH YOU.
If you will not believe it then I suggest you seek some medical help.

sex....lots and lots of sex!!!!

Activities/conditions that increase metabolism:
1. exercise
2. hyperthyroidism
3. fever
4. illness/infection
5. increased muscle mass
6. untreated diabetes can put you into ketosis

I think you just need to exercise.

move around a lot
just move youre legs
and just wenever here music thats jolly start moveing and then ...jump around alot and take warrrmmm baths
drink water
