There is nothing to do or to buy. Nothing grows hair on your body. Ignore any idiot who says differently. Rogaine is designed to keep hair from stopping growing and should only be used by guys past puberty. If you are going to develop adult body hair, it will happen. But it might not. So what, nothing you can do about it either way. Just have patience.

Why would you want to be hairy? Us women spend a fortune getting rid of it.
You must still be in your teens. Wait till you hit 30 and it starts growing in places you don't want it to.
