You need to talk to your doctor seriously. He may well inform you ,you indeed should have a gender change. We all should be happy, and you must indeed be sure this is exactly what you want. Good Luck! I will keep you in prayer, and be prepared it will take time, money, and lots of counciling.

I think that you might need to talk to a Dr. about what you are feeling. This is something that really should be handled by a professional not us here. This is a personal matter that you need to deal with now, or you are going to be miserable the rest of your life. There are other people out there just like you. See a Dr. Let them help you. Good luck

If being a woman makes you happy, be a woman. As long as YOU are happy.

I would talk to your doctor and see if he can refer you to a specialist in this case. Don't feel ashamed of who you are, everyone has a right to their own feelings---no one in this world is the same as anyone else---if they were it would be a mighty boring world! I don't think I really answered your question all too good but maybe you can go to some kind of support group or chat room that is for people that feel as you do and see what their advice would be. I'm not a doctor but I've always said, "a few kind words sometimes helps better than medicine". Good luck in whatever you decide.

Well is it that you feel more female? Or do you want to be female? If you want to be more female, then you can actually make that happen. If your just feeling like your more female, but want to be male, then you need to love yourself for what you do have. It could be worse. You could get both your arms and legs chopped off. Never stop loving what you do have. Never stop loving yourself. People will take you seriously, as soon as you take yourself seriously. They also make male hormones. Im not sure where to get them, but im sure you could do a search and find out. Im not sure if it will change the gential area, but I do know that they will deepen your voice, and make you grow more facial hair.

Do you want to be a female? If you feel like you're more yourself as a female, try it. If you're considering surgery, you're required to live as the opposite sex for at least a year. That means hormone therapy and the whole dressing like a lady. If you want to continue to live as a male, maybe male hormones or something would be in order?

I definitely recommend seeing a therapist, just to help you get to where you want to be in life.

what ever makes you happy, I would say before you think about Chopin off the meat and potato's you should at the very least take some testosterone have sex with a woman and then talk to a specialist. Good luck bud long road ahead but the good news is once you get to the end it's all good.

what ever makes u feel more u if itz a women well let it be itz your choose

A surgery is a permanent decision. Why don't you try certain aspects of lifestyle of a woman first (clothes, makeup...) to see if this is REALLY what you want.

Talk to someone who is transgender. Ask what they went through.

Talk to a doctor. Ask about the health risks and other aspects of your decision.

You clearly feel transsexual; you should seek a referral from your doctor. You will initially need to see a counsellor to determine if you are indeed trans or inter-sexual, and then they can help you with different options.

GO AND SEE YOUR DOCTOR.

Your physical description sounds like it COULD be one of the physical intersex conditions (It could equally well be just normal physiological variation, but it's best to know for sure). It's clearly bothering you, so do something about it.

If it's not, you might want to consider talking to a counsellor with experience in gender issues; he or she will help you to decide who you are, and what (if anything) you need to do about it.
