Question: ok...how do you guys lose weight?

im a girl and none of my "girl" diets work

and what escersises do you do to make the fat come off so fast?!

Don't stress, they're probably just twice your size. :p

For your weight/height, you shouldn't do anything drastic. Stick to a good cardio workout and drink plenty of water in place of any other liquids you normally drink and you'll see a difference.

For the cardio, do interval runnings, where you sprint for a short amount of time (30 seconds) and then jog for a longer time (1.5 minutes) and then keep adding more time to the sprint and less on the jog until you can do a minute of each. You'll be speeding up your metabolism as well as be burning more calories after you're done working out.

first you dont need to lose weight.=] but we do play alot of sports best to do with a friend and be outside alot and try to eat slower it helps big time!

Don't drink soda just drink water. It isn't a quick diet but it helps.

107 pounds! That's actually pretty skinny but......I read some where that if you do lots of crunches right before you need to be skinny(like an hour before) while holding your breath(as much as possible)* It'll at least give you a skinnier illusion.

speed up yer metabolism...

start smoking.

Guys and girls have different metabolisms.
The reason its harder for women to lose weight because our bodies actually NEED body fat in case we get pregnant. Fact of life. BTW, 107? I definitely don't think you need to lose weight. Just saying

shut the hell up, you dont need to loose weight

I lost 10 pounds in a month by not eating anything and walking 4 miles a day.
