ive tried diets "for women" and excersise classes "for women", but nothing seems to work!

guys lose weight faster

what do you do?
how do you get those abs (lol i dont want THAT much muscle)

any tips on how you work out and eat?

For your weight/height, you shouldn't do anything drastic. Stick to a good cardio workout and drink plenty of water in place of any other liquids you normally drink and you'll see a difference.

For the cardio, do interval runnings, where you sprint for a short amount of time (30 seconds) and then jog for a longer time (1.5 minutes) and then keep adding more time to the sprint and less on the jog until you can do a minute of each. You'll be speeding up your metabolism as well as be burning more calories after you're done working out.

you dont need to lose weight.

unfortunatly, women tend to hang onto weight longer than men & fat deposits in different places too. as a guy, I excercise pretty hard & fast, running is good but diet is what will help you. When i say diet, i dont mean any stupid fad, i mean sensible eating, restricted deep fried, salty, sugary foods, grilled meats & fish, veggies, drink only water, milk or unsweetend juice. Have a treat once a week so you dont get depressed. Eat all you want, dont go hungry but just done eat rubbish. easy.
And be patient.
