Hey mate, you want to look at performing more cardiovascular endurance work with so muscular endurance training as well, this will help to reduce body fat, firm everything up and increase your metabolic rate.

You would want to do around 3 session a week at a gym, for around 1 to 1.30 hours. This should included circuit training, so 6-8 exercise, with a light weight doing 12-15 reps per exercise for 2-3 sets. This will help to increase metabolic rate which we help to reduce body fat.
Follow up the circuits with some cardio, I would suggest the rower personally, correct technique is key. The rower is a total body workout so your burn more calories in the same amount of time when you would if you were on a treadmill. Also using a rower will help to increase the strength in your back, making you less like to suffer from back problems later in life.

8kms. cycling daily will surely help you. you just need to be energetic, determined and regular to get what you want!!!!!!!!!
