wow dude ur penis is big for 13. im 16 and 6. and when i was ur age i had hardly no pubic hair either. it only grew late 14. i stll dont got much underarm hair or some other places. so be happy with ur penis and ur pubic hair will grow dude. dont sweat it. every boy is different but if anyone says anythin about ur hair i bet u got the bigger penis.

honey you are fine the average size of a full grown penis is 3-5 inches when flaccid and 6-8 inches when hard. You are falling right in the middle of average.
