Depends how much you love him and how much he means to you. I presume he has never told you, which doesn't say much about him really as far as trust and communcation is concerned but that aside, if you love him and can live with it then it should make no difference, otherwise move on. I'd certainly want to know why he didn't tell you about it before having the operation however.

When you say your "boyfriend got a sex change"(sic) do you mean he is a transsexual man, or she is a transsexual woman?
Did this happen before you knew him, or recently? (I'm guessing before; you would have noticed if he began 'sex change' treatment while you and he were an item).
Without these details it's difficult to give a definite answer; but in general, I'd say; what does it really matter?
If he's your boyfriend, you must have found him attractive as a person (unless you're incredibly shallow, and just saw him as a set of genitals) - he's still the same person today as he was before you knew about this. Either you love him for WHO he is, regardless, or you never loved him at all.
