adams apple grows up to theage of 40. there islot of time .
some guys get prominent bumps, others don't - we just get softer bumps. stop worrying it should be fine. I've got a little bit of a bump, and a voice that contends with the deepest voiced people in history.
don't worry i am 19 and mine never pushed out that much, still your neck will surely get thicker so don't worry about how this can affect your look
