Lee likes Kayle. She is dating Jordan. For a few months Lee was flirting with Kayle.Kayle was told him to stop. She does not like it. She is with Jordan. Lee does not care. He said that has never stopped him. Everyday he trys to hug her and she does not like it. She moves away when he trys to hug her. She told me yesterday He was looking down her shirt. We were at lunch and he walked up. He tired to give her a hug. I put my arm up so he can't touch her. I said Kayle does NOT want you to touch her anymore. We all got up and walked away. Lee and his friends were walking behind us. Then the bell rang and we went to class. Kayle is 16 Lee is 16 too. I told her if he does not stop tell the school cop. What else should we do? She does not have a mom. She lives with her dad but they don't talk. I need help from guys since Lee is a guy

stop him,, he may think he is suave and that his persistence will pay off..
she needs to tell him off and if she really doesn't like it get adult help.. she should also try talking to her dad.
He cannot touch her if she doesn't like it.. it can be considered sexual abuse.

You're doing the right thing; it sounds like you've been reasonable with Lee, telling him to stop without being violent or mean. If he doesn't stop, then it's perfectly fin for you to tell the school cop, as long as you don't exaggerate what Lee's doing.
Lee probably thinks he's being funny. Someone probably told him that when a girl says they don't want a hug, they mean yes. He's just flirting though; nothing serious will come of it, so I wouldn't worry too much.
i wud say if her telling him isnt working then i wud let jordan no if she didnt mind and then that way jordan can tell him to stop. if he still continues tell her to complain the school cop like u sed. i think ur doing a great job by the way in helping her.
