Second, being able to walk proudly with your head up (not down) will make you look like you have high self esteem.

Lastly, you will also be among a small population of who are nudists so you'll have lots of friends who will make sure you act appropriately. And that would be healthy for you.

It feels good to be nude, especially outdoors. Lots of fresh air and sunshine and you can socialize with other nudists.

Besides the physical benefits of vitamin D production, fresh outdoors, etc. There is the mental health benefit of lower stress.
