Question: I went to the washroom to take a pee, however I was standing a little bit too far from the urinal anyways some kid in my grade looks over at me and his penis starts to grow and he starts blushing he was so embarrassed he ran out of the washroom without washing his hands, is there anything I can do about this situation? Like i'm not trying to be mean but can I sue for violation of privacy?

If you were to report him, everybody at your school will make you out like the bad guy. Nobody would believe your story anyway. You'll be teased mercifully.
of course you cant 'sue for violation of privacy', it's your word against his, and even if it went to court, u would almost certainly lose more that u would gain..
No you have really no evidence other than your own word. Dont worry about it. this doesnt mean he was turned on by you maybe it just happened cause he was thinking og a hot girl. You never know it could of just happened at the wrong time when two guys were peeing. But for real dont stress over it

I can't even describe how sick I am of people suing each other just in case they hope they can get some money because someone did something they didn't like. Forgive and forget. What he did is normal anyway.
