Why can't i urinate in public?!
Question: it is very hard for me to pee in public places wheni have the urge.. especially planes... i want to know what i can do to stop this.. see a doctor , take medicine?? does any1 have any thoughts that nay be helpful to me

you are not used to it, so it feels like stress, all you need is to relax, take your time and think about relaxing moments you experienced, any thing that would make you comfortable
and if you are having any relaxing medication you'll notice that you can urinate easily
i have the same problems too. your pee shy. i cant pee in public restrooms when there are other people in there and i cant even pee in my own house when i know some people are close by. you just need to relax. i dont think there is anything wrong with you and you dont need medication. just try as hard as you can to relax.
it is called a shy bladder. see your doctor.

A lot of people feel self-conscious when using public restrooms. Instead of using urinals, go into a cubicle instead. On planes, just try to relax and think of something else. There probably isn't any reason to see a doctor about this unless you feel it is interfering with other aspects of your life.
