a man can't ejaculate and urinate at the same time, a group of muscles act like a valve so either you cu.m or you pee. After the orgasm, there is a short period of time while those muscles are still partially closing the part of the urethra connected to the bladder. What you feel is the urine volume stretching those muscles back to normal. It has nothing to do with acidity/alkalinity or the urine/semen.
its ok......when i masterbate with some lubes, my pee burns.....with others it feels wierd but with oil it is ok. So i would suggest changing your lube.
