Whats a good way to tone my arms but not look like a man with gobs of muscles?!

OK you need to walk every day plus lift really light weight but do this every other day and lift them a lot do it like 100 times but only really light weights. Men lift heavy weight but only a short number like 10 to 15 time. OK you need to stretch before and after you lift weights, and the walk. This *WILL* get you leaner and meaner.
