really damn hard bc i know two guys who took some shots and they're still good to go. one was playing basketball, fell down, and had a guy jump and land on his balls. he was in the hospital but hes alright now. the other guy was catching in baseball and got hit by a 92 mph fastball. it cracked his cup and literally made his nut swell up twice as big as a golfball and hes fine now too.
When they explode you will know. Otherwise it will just hurt.
