Why do i get night sweats?!
Question: im deployed right now. and ever since i got out here two and a half months ago i wake up and im sweaty as hell. our hooch is freezing cold at night so there is no reason for me to wake up sweaty. what can i do to fix this

your probably just scared or nervous. maybe put a fan by your bed or something
it definetly has to be stressed related....take yoga classes
