No, there is no outward appearance on the penis.
For the girl, there really isn't "proof." As you may know, girls have a hymen, which is a membrane surrounding the vagina. This can be torn during sex, which is often used as evidence that she is not a virgin. However, many girls tear or dilate their hymen through sports and other activities, and some girls don't have one to begin with. So, not having one doesn't "prove" that she had sex.
All that being said, there often is an emotional change in people after having sex. When people are in a relationship, it is often said that "sex changes everything." The way a boy and girl feel toward each other often changes after sex.
If you're not in a serious relationship, but you have sex for the first time, you won't have that kind of emotional change, but you may change in other noticeable ways. If you are feeling guilty about it because you think you were too young or that you shouldn't have done it, then it may be difficult to hide that emotion even if you try to.
But if a man is ready for the responsibility of sex, then he may become more confident in himself, have better self-esteem and become happier.
After I had sex for the first time, at age 21, I found it easier to talk to women. I was much less nervous around them. But if I had done it at a young age, say 12-16, I don't think I would have had the same positive changes. I think I would have felt bad about it and probably become sullen or easily agitated.
Everybody's different and will react in their own way. So while people may not be able to see it on your penis, they may see it in your eyes.
