Great question. It is very normal to have one testicle larger than the other. Your entire body is that way. You will find that one ear is larger than the other and you will find that one foot is larger than the other. Your body is not symmetrical it is asymmetrical. If you get glasses you will find that you need different lenses for each eye.
Look at you hands and you will find that one hand is slightly different than the other hand.
So you are normally asymmetrical just as mother-nature intended.
