What are some things to promote a heathly height growth?!
Question: i have a terrible phobia of not growing to my max.
like. i cant even sleep at night cause of it

Swimming will help lengthen your upper body - Breaststroke is best for this as it stretches all parts of your body.
Cycling is great for lengthening your legs
To make the most out of your growth in the teens, You have to eat healthy! Alot of Calcium and Protein is great!
Some ways to help you grow to your maximum height in a healthy way:
eat a healthy well balanced diet
take a multivitamin every day
DRINK MILK- your bones need calcium to grow
AVOID caffeine, cigarettes, coffee, and drugs- including steroids
exercise and sports are good, and should not inhibit growth in any way
