actually it is, I work in a hospital and I have seen that case a couple times, the cartilage will be damaged and large;y bruised but it will repair itself. Just try to advoid sexual stimulations or excitement.
And by the way, a penis is not made of muscle, it is composed of cartilage, theres a big difference
