Well,
I usually do it once or twice a week with a group of guys. We jump around and chase each other. Then one of us will grab it and pull on it. Sometimes you have to let go because things get exciting and tense. I don't like the aggressive guys because they think they are more experienced. But, I'm shorter so I can get under them and they don't like it. It's always fun and we all crash on the grass with exhaustion. I don't mind that I'm not real good at it. It's still fun. I do try my best to get the ball in the basket.
