It's very likely that you will be able to retract after your penis starts to grow rapidly with the onset of puberty. Till then you should start stretching. Click on this link to my instructions. http://xsorbit28.com/users5/foreskinforu...
It's just a forum where I put them to avoid repetition.
Don't worry about people advocating you get circumcised. That should only be considered as a last resort.

probably not... i'd say you might see if you can have a circumcision. It's normal to not be able to pull it back, but most people want to be able too.
You might also just start pulling on it daily and see if it begins to give a little.

You can gently encourage your foreskin to stretch by retracting it back slowly and gradually. Over time (this may take a few weeks) it should get comfortable to retract even when its erect.
If it doesn't see your doctor. He should be able to provide you with some special cream to apply... But remember: Circumsizion should be a last resort!

Hey don't worry about it. My boyfriend's foreskin is like that as well. If you look carefully you will see a piece of skin attached to the back of the tip of the penis. It is used to hold the foreskin and prevent it from being rolled back but after having sex for a while or maybe the first time it will break but it is nothing to be worried about. By the way when that happens it generally bleeds. It is quite normal though.

maybe a doctor would know
