Is soy bad for men?!
Question: I asked a question about soy milk and someone said that it can increaase estrogen in your body and may increase breast growth. As a guy, who doesn't want to grow man boobs, but is allergic to milk and consumes about a gallon of soy milk a week, I want to know the validity of this persons remarks. Answers are appreciated.

its totally not true, the proteins u get out of soy milk are dissimilated into amino-acids.
My boyfriend is allergic to milk and has been drinking soy milk for years. It does not change your body in any way. I do not drink soy milk as I prefer the regular milk. Do not worry about false rumors about soy milk. It is Ok for you to drink it!
