When you say it hasn't healed... I guess you mean it tore a little at the frenulum... the wound has healed but it is no longer joined.... well.. that's prolly going to be no problem at all. The frenulum on some men can be too tight and it will tear once... and then you are good forever.
If you mean that it hasnt healed.. as it it is an open wound that remains bloody and will not heal... put some antiseptic cream on it so that it deosnt get infected.
This could effect sex because it would be very painful. Also, sex with foreskin has already to be proven to be more painful anyway! Once you are sixteen, you do not need your parents consent to get circumsized. I would recommend it. How old are you anyway?
Convince your parents about your problems, so that they will agree for a circumcision. There are so many additional benefits by doing so. Otherwise it will create problems in your future sex life.
most girls think that uncircumcised dudes feel better inside them. and quit masturbating for a while because the friction is probably makeing it where the broke skin wont heal.
