I'm flabby?!

Question: I lost a lot of weight recently upwards of 70 pounds, but Im still flabby in the chest, stomach, and thighs and I wanna lose, also recently Ive been cheating on my diet and I gaioned like 3 lbs back, how can I stop and lose my flab. I don't wanna be muscular just very very thin, and toned, but I hate abs and pecs and big muscle thighs, I just want to be stick-like, waify.

Thanks?

YOu need to do some weight lifting. Doing that doesn't imply that you're going to become muscle bound; but it will tone everything. And, realize that after losing that much weight, some of the skin has stretched and will always be alittle loose. Not much you can do about that.

And quit cheating on your diet. You lost all that weight; you should be proud. You've learned how to eat. Now, be good to yourself and stay thin.

The only way you can tighten that lose skin is by lifting weights. You can lift light weights, like 5 pounds and do high reps. This will help you tighten your lose skin and tone up with out the bulky muscles. By lifting light weights and doing high reps this will cause you to develop very lean but long muscles.

As far as cheating on your diet, you can eat something you want every Sunday or if you don't you can eat what ever you want once a month. That is fine as long as you continue to work out.
