I wanna lose weight, how?!


Question: Okay, so i am 15 years old and i am a male. I am currently 54.2 Kg and i am about 168 cm. I usually have a flat stomach but when i eat or drink water my stomach turns into a balloon. I don't know what is the problem! I heard that i have to lose weight so i don't have a stomach when i am eating. Plz help me!

first set a goal for yourself like 50 sit ups and 50 crunches before you go to bed also try running first like 2 miles then go up to 3 then 4 you can also do pull ups and push-ups to help shed off water weight.............8 years army experience

Drink lots of water atleast 12-15 glasses in a day.Water helps to reduce weight. First of all avoid sweets and fried foods.Morning walk is necessary for u.Drink lemon water in morning.Take light food in morning..In lunch, eat salad and fruits. Take dinner 4 hours before going to bed..This will help u a lot in reducing weight. Best of luck...

You and your parent need to come up with a plan. Because if you are that size your parents are over weight too. I would go to the dr. and get a exercise plan together. Because you wouldnt want to do something that is going to hurt you! So be careful and ask the dr.
