a lot of guys have this reaction it comes from the vast difference in their previous attractions now he connects the great feeling of sex with you and thinks that it is love I would try to explain that sex is great but love is something very different and that love isn't rushed or quick like that. I like the slow mighty river to quick rushing rapids analogy.
