I think Lisa S has it about right - I don't think you have an STD or infection but as with ALL medical conditions and worries, any concerns, go see your GP or a clinic for advice and even a checkup but from what you say, it's definitely possible that you could have a phimosis, a tight foreskin, which is either not retracting properly or, if it is, that it's not returning correctly afterwards and this can not only be painful but extremely dangerous if it cuts off the blood supply so go get it checked out and put your mind at rest ok? Intercourse should be a pleasure not a pain and I'm sure once you've seen them, it will be and can be again so good luck. :)

If it is the tip of the penis you could have some type of STD or UTI. If it is the shaft of the penis you could have anything from dry skin, a cut, or genital warts aka HPV.
go and see you doctor cause you might have a problem, may it's your foreskin that is getting in the way of you having great sex and it's going back to far and it's hurting you and putting you into pain, or you are using to hard everytime you are having sex, like rubbing it up the wrong way, lol! i'm sorry but it's your man hood, and if the pain continues go and see your doctor and don't have sex for a while to you figure why it hurts you.
Be sure that the female is properly lubricated ( proper foreplay ), otherwise go to a doctor.
