Question: When erect, is the skin on the shaft tight, requiring lubrication for masturbation or do you still have loose skin on the shaft that you can use to masturbate with without lubrication?

I ask the age because my theory is that more doctors lately are practicing "partial" circumcision, leaving some foreskin.
So, a secondary question is this: When not erect, do you have some foreskin partially covering the head?

You do realize that even if the skin is loose, all the nerves and specialized skin to properly (and more pleasurably) detect movement are lost, not to mention the head is always exposed forcing it to build up resistance to air, clothing, etc. So not only will the remaining skin not recieve pleasure like a foreskin would, neither would the head. You might not think the exposure of the head would do much, but it is suppose to be internal (or in a vagina) only contacting mucous membranes, and is designed to detect movement, which would be hampered by the resistance it had to build up. Of course, circed guys can still enjoy sex, but will never know how big of a difference there is.
Also, asking do you have some "loose skin" is pretty vague... will the loose skin roll over the head at all, or have just enough play for the skin to touch the edge of the head? Also there is a pretty big differance pleasure wise between masturbating with the loose skin and masturbating with lotion... so i can only imagine the difference with intact.
As for the questions...
I have enough loose skin to cover the head about half way, maybe fully if I pull harder. I am 24. And for the last question, No, but I doubt hardly anyone will answer yes, it would take a lot of skin for it to roll over while erect without the prepucial ring/frenar band.
21 and it is not too tight that I can do it without lube and no covering
I am 63 and I have a "complete" circumcision where the skin is very tighly stretched when erect and has no possible movement during sex. When I am not erect, there is still no loose skin and the head and groove are always completely exposed. My wife and I think that it is better to be circumcised tightly in this way and if you have a problem with a loose circumcision, you can always have it tightened by having a recircumcision.
