Question: After like this previous tuesday, everytime I wear boxers or something on, when my penis rubs on the boxers or underewear, it like hurts when like the day before nothing was wrong. I first thought my boxers were too short but I tried a bigger size and it still did it. My dad was saying this happens sometimes and it will go away but I wanted your input, and like it is the area before the top of my penis that does this, and if something else were to feel it like skin or something it doesn't hurt, does anyone know what this is?

There are spots on my penis that are very sensitive to certain types of tough. For me, they are on the head, and since I am not circumcised, it's not really a problem for me; the foreskin protects that area. If it's on the shaft, I'd say that's less common. I had trouble wearing boxers as a kid because it would flop around too much.
I'd try other material. If you're wearing silk boxers, try cotton and vice versa.
You may have a little skin irritation, in which case a little hand lotion or anti-bacterial lotion might help.
