One doesn't pee oneself during a wet dream, one cumms. It's a sex dream.
As for peeing oneself. It happens -- and isn't worth worrying about. Dump the anxiety completely, and I'll bet how often it happens will reduce over the following year.

Do you know that a "wet dream" means to ejaculate? You should be able to tell the difference between semen and urine.
A wet dream is the release of semen while urinating on yourself will release urine. Two completely different substances. A wet dream is usually caused my dreams that surround around sex.

Semen from a wet dream is still semen, so it will be quite sticky. Whereas if it just urine, it won't be.

The consistency, texture, etc. of urine and of an ejaculation are completely different; and, in addition, if you are aroused, fully aroused, while sleeping and do have a wet dream, in most cases you would be disturbed from your sleep right away; and in addition your clothing (or sheets, if you sleep fully nude) would not have the same kind of wetness and be wet in the same kind of areas as would be the case if your bladder gave way or with urinary incontinence or such.
Well, wet dreams tend to get you more... sticky down there. And, if all else fails, pee will have a yellowish tint. Because, you know, it's pee. Chances are at your age, they're wet dreams. And they're completely normal, so no worries.
