Coffee Can Mufflers & loud noises..why?!
Question: I notice that people who have these like to drive around in 1st gear as long as possible to get the maximum noise, its like a loud drone that sounds kinda like a broken Vacuum cleaner and I dont get why they do this?
I mean when they get out of their cars..they're nothing "special" just normal ppl, not superheros..so why is it in a honda or whatever with a huge gas pipe on the back do they think they are any more special than someone else. Because they make a loud annoying noise?
It doen't just apply to those, also dudes who ride Harleys or American muscle cars..is the loud noise supposed to say how sexy you are? But when you get out of your car your just a normal dude not a movie star.
Someone explain the pyschology to me pls so we can get these ppl some HELP!

The car they drive is an extension of their personality. The Mustang is an unsophisticated ''muscle'' car. The xk150 Jag is a proper sports car The RR lets ppl know the driver has money. And u r right once they get out of the car they are less of the person they were when they were in the car.
Do you know the expression :the tinier the dick the bigger the car?
That goes for noises too:it is to cover up their own insecurities and bother every body with it.
There actually is no cure to help them.
They will be always annoying.
dear sir! I'm totally with u in when it comes to people having fat cans in their hondas.but I beg to differ about those muscle cars....u know the sound they make is coming from the ENGINE..not the exhaust pipe....people who can't afford those cars get trash cans in the back of their cars to pretend they are cool...
