I've known two males in my life who asserted that they didn't masturbate -- one ended up caught masturbating and then admitted to all of us (his friends) that he did it all the time like the rest of us but didn't think we would accept him if he did -- and the other one had... I'm not sure what the polite term is now, he was mentally disturbed, but please if that is the wrong term don't take it offensively. He had been brought up hyper-religious and it had driven him over the edge into... difficulties.
So in general, yes, males are divided into two groups, those who say they masturbate and those who lie.
I started at 13 (I was a LATE starter) and yes, I still do, and will until I die of old age or just get too sick when I'm elderly.
