According to doctors?!

Question: A Man (age 16) has never masturbated, and unknown if he has wet dreams. Is it possible his body doesn't create a lot of sperm because he isn't sexually active? Is it possible he doesn't have "wet dreams"? What is his body doing sperm wise when it comes to him. The way I understand it, he doesn't masturbate or have wet dreams. So whats his body doing then?

Not all guys who refrain from masturbation have wet dreams, in such a case the sperm and seminal fluid is reabsorbed by the body and in some cases it may even be expelled during the use of the bathroom.

It could be that he is not sexually mature yet. Everyone matures at different times.
