How to get the most out of my weights?!


Question: i only have 1.5kg 3kg and 5kg weights. my muscles are to big to be effected by the 5kg weights, apart from joining the gym, what can i do at home to maxamise my muscles.

low weights and lots of repititions will add to your size.
High weights and few reps will add to your strength.

So, depends on what you are trying for.

the way you use those weights will directly affect the way your muscles are shaped. different exercises with them will build different parts of your body, so just experiment with different routines. also, taking up a bit of martial arts for tone and structure wouldn't hurt. I know it helped me. best of luck!

Yeah, those weights will do nothing for you.
A: Buy a set of nice weights ranging from 15KG-40KG
B: Join a gym.

Weights are expencive though.

carm down m8 how big do u want them 2 be. if u thik u r going 2 attract girls like dat then forget it.

Ever thought of swimming?
Ever seen swimmers without muscles?
I would do that too and practise in the meantime your weights.
