small at the moment tbh but you're 14. If you are just starting puberty there is no need to worry as this is pretty average and the range at this age is pretty wide. You have plenty of time to grow 2 more inches, and you shouldn't be having sex at 14 anyway, so it doesn't matter. By the time it does matter it will have grown.

Asian men dont have a very LARGE penis because their women have such wonderfully tight vaginas. If youre concerned about the size, Ive seen grown asian men who didnt have half of what u got.
