Don't be scared - you started puberty late, so you have a little catching up to do. During the next four or five years your penis will grow longer and thicker, so just relax and let Mother Nature get on with it!

i'm not sure what the average is for our age but im 14 and mines over 6 inches :s ... maybe it will grow? i dont think it stops growing until your like 20 something
