Can HIV be transmitted if both partners don't have it?!

Question: Is your question that NEITHER partner has it? Or that only one (and NOT both) have it?

If it is NEITHER then sexually you can't.. (unless someone has been cheatin' (jp))

If one has it and the other doesnt there are instances where the other partner does not get the virus.

I wouldn't think so. I think that at least one of you would have to have it in order for it to be transmitted.

no one of you have to have it for one to give it to another

No

no

unless ur having sex on a beach and u land on a seringe than NO one has to have it

no way, it doesn't spring out of nowhere. But you could still get other stuff, like hepatitis for example-some people are hereditary hepetitis carriers (so it kinda does come fromm nowhere in some respect), so you should still take proper precautions.
