It could be an infection of your prostate or it could be that you burst a blood vessel when you masturbated if you did it too hard. Is there any pain, in your testicles or under your body close to where your prostate is?
Do you feel hot or as though you have flu?
If so, it could be a prostate infection.
Also is there any blood in your urine?

Dude that has never happened to me so its serious. I heard something about it involvng the prostate, like prostate cancer or something . Dude get it checked out, that sounds serious, they say that after 35 all men should hae a prstate exam anyway.
did u play any sport or hit ur kidneys, it happened 2 a friend of mine and it turned out he hurt his kidneys in a game, it was nothing major, the body healed itself
