we all get 'em at puberty. really annoying and sometimes sore. give it a year and it will be normal again. some dudes get a whole boob. my mate andi grew a big tit on one side,

if they are kinda hard and irregular in shape and not in the same place on each side then it could be cancer, go see a doctor. do you have traces of cancer in your family?

ive heard that its apparently 'natural' from somewhere. not too sure. but hun, i suggest u get it checked! i know it seems scary, but do it before its too late. if its somethin serious u gotta know quick. just to know what it is even if it ISNT serious..

it could be male breast cancer but since your 14 it also could be over active sweat glands also i use to have one under my left nipple and it went away

im almost 15, i got this nearly one year ago, at just nearly 14
these are called Breast Buds, or gynaecomastia, when i first noticed them i was extremely worried i had breast cancer :P
after seeing the doctor, he examined and then said it was gynaecomastia, i got refered to a breast cancer specialist incase and found out the following facts:
-It starts of tender and sore, and swells a bit
-most of the time it will go away within 6 months or start to subside
-95% of cases dont need treatment
-with the 5% left, you require surgery to remove them, or hormone pills
This also happens in baby's.
How its caused is by a hormonal imbalance during puberty when you have a little too much Oestrogen, aka female hormones, dont be embarrassed, this will go away within 3 months, if not, see your doctor if it gets bigger and sorer.
But you should be fine.

at 14 your hormones are a mess. elevated levels of free testosterone can be converted to estrogen and cause breast tissue to develope. it is fairly common in overweight men and teens going thru puberty. in my case, i had a bout with it after my thyroid removal and starting replacement therapy. it threw my hormone balance out of wack, and i kind of learned about all of this thru that.

I used to have that too... I'm 17 now and had it when I was about 14. I went to the doctor and it is adolescent mastitis. A condition that occurs during puberty in both sexes and during pregnancy in women. It's nothing to worry about, mine have just gone now!
