Question: i am a virgin, i am going to have sex with my girlfriend after prom for the very first time. this will be her first time too. we are very nervous. i am also uncircumsized and i am having trouble trying to practice putting on a comdom because my foreskin hurts a lot when i try to pull it back. i can pull it all the way but it hurts a lot. any advice? because prom is coming in 3 weeks and i need advice fast. if you have any other advice for me it would deeply be appreciated.

try pulling back the foreskin a little at a time slow and steady
just keep pulling the foreskin back as far as your pain threshold will let you every day until prom, it shouldnt hurt by then

First off, let me give you a virtual pat on the back for practicing putting on a condom. It shows that you plan on being responsible and are thinking well ahead of time, and the practice will pay off if you don't want a 5-minute moment-killer while you're struggling with the condom.
While I'm not sure I can help you with the pain problem... (I'm sorry... that sounds really uncomfortable..) I can suggest not pulling TOO far? When it hurts, stop, and then put the condom on (roll it all the way down). See if that works.
Other advice: Relax. If you're relaxed, she can relax, too, which will make it much more comfortable/enjoyable for both of you. Make absolute sure you're both COMPLETELY ready... check, double check, and triple check. Make sure she doesn't feel obligated just because you've planned it out... just be sure she knows that she can change her mind anytime and you won't be angry or disappointed.
On a more lighthearted note - lots of foreplay. Lots. Get super super comfortable with eachother (even if you both would rather get right down to it) before you do the deed.
I reccomend using a spermicide jelly or cream, just so that your girlfriend's mind will be at ease. I know the first time, a lot of girls get paranoid about pregnancy, even if nothing went wrong with the condom.

if it's real tight, go to your doctor and get a steroid based cream to loosen it up, or see what he (go to a guy doctor, less embarrassing) suggests. if you tear it it'll scar, scar tissue doesn't have any elasticity and then you'll have serious problems. good luck man

if your in too much pain with your foreskin, just ask her if you can put off sex to some other special event. she will understand.
Too late for surgical help. But a doc might be able to stretch the foreskin, sounds awful and I think it is, but it is better than the current problem. Why not have her use a diaphragm or one of those sponges. You did not say how old you are or how old the girl is but it makes a difference. Just be sure this is the one you want to give it up to, no changing later.
