When you get aroused, the muscles between your legs and around your anus contract and, as a result, your prostate gland is squeezed!. Most of the fluid of semen is from the prostate!. Brent I don't know the technical reason for it but it is like during sex when you take your time and foreplay and maybe a little oral sex first then you get really excited!.
