ive posted this question many times, but havent got responses!.!.!.!.so, i am wondering if guys notice when a girl has PMS, and do you find it really annoying!.!.!.or do you realize that we cant really help it!. so basically do you find it understandable!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I manage two departments of all women and it is ABSOLUTELY noticeable!. While most of the woman are not terrible, they tend to be more irritable and argumentative which is sometimes unpleasant!. However, a few years ago, one girl that worked in our department was not very discreet about it and often advertised it while being completely unmanagable!. I eventually started marking "her time" on the calendar and was able to anticipate her rotten behavior and either be prepared for it or offer her projects that would keep the negative interactions to a minimum!. All I can say now is Thank God she doesn't work for me any more!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
i find it really understandable because shedoesn't want to havve it fenmales are suppose to have it and the ladies can't control when she have it not plus i kinda thankful because males doesn't have or else i'll be very annoying for the girls so thank you ladies for having it not usWww@Answer-Health@Com

i understand that it makes you gals very irritable and bitchy!. you can't help it, but what sucks is you tell us we can do something and when we go do it you get pissed because we did something you sais was ok to do!. and you get very emotional about weird stuff too!. i understand that it happens because of your period, but still, if we said you could do something and you did it and we got pissed at you for doing it, we would never, EVER hear the end of how we got mad at you for doing something we said you could do, and we can't ***** at you for stuff or be irritable!. if we do, we are the bad guys!. PMS is real, but don't use it as an excuse to be bitchy, or irritable or very irrational at us for anything you want!. it isn't fair!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
With some women it is very obvious when she is having PMS and it is very annoying when she gets mean and says hateful things!. I understand that women go through this but I also know that there is medication to help control it!. I think, too often, women use PMS as an excuse for their behaviour!. I have witnessed a lot of it and I'm losing my patience with it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
