a great butt
great breasts

great body
great personality
How she dances
How she acts towards you/others
etc, etc,
After you get to know them, those things become more evident!. There are many ways to describe a girl:

pretty
hot
sexy
slutty
beautiful
Each one has its own way of expressing itself in a girl!. Some of these characteristics turn guys on, others, they just admire, others, it does nothing!.
