Question: I'm 17!. Is it OK for me to lift weights!.!.!.!?!?

Well, recently, I bought a pair of 7pound dumbbells, and have started to pursue to shape my biceps and triceps and thighs and butt and all that, including abs!.

Now, I wonder, I'm 17, is it okay for me to start involing in the art called Body building( Body Toning, in my case!!.^0^)

I want a tight, toned yet muscular body!.

Should I wait a bit more!?!?
I've already seen improvement on me biceps!. they're all a heck lot more rounded and bulging!.!.!.HAHA!.!.^^Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yeh, I use weights a lot, and I'm 14!. Nothings wrong with my body so its fine!. Just try not tear any muscles or ligaments!. That'll be painful!. Also don't stretch your body to the limit at this age, stop when it becomes hard to do it, and that'll be the end of that session!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You don't need to wait a bit longer!. The longer you wait the longer you'll get what you want!.!.a tight, toned muscular body is the prize that you will get!.
