have you tried washing your armpits to make sure they free of anything, it could be from the after sweat affect!.
not trying to be mean and not saying you need a bath (I'm sure you bath) Maybe after you have been sweating and drys up maybe that is what is causing the itchy!. Talk to your mom or better yet mention it to your doctor, don't leave this un-answered!. get to the bottom of it!.

Could be a fungal infection!. Try some tea tree oil or cream for a few weeks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
If you are using a deoderant or anti-prespirant with "Aluminum" in the contents !.!.!.!. can cause itching as well as other problems !.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
